§ 1 Contract conclusion

When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. By clicking the button order you send an binding order of the goods in your basket. The confirmation of the entry of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The bill of sale is not already accomplished with our order confirmation but only with delivery of the goods. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.


§ 2 Right to cancel

You may cancel your purchase (where we have accepted your order and delivered the product) if you notify us within the 14 days following the day the product was delivered. In case of services, you can cancel up to 14 days from the day after the conclusion of the contract. You can do this by returning the product to our address or notifying us by letter to our address or e-mail to service@jokeworld.de . In any case of cancellation, you must return the goods to your own expense. You should only return your product if it is complete, not used and in good condition with the box, packaging and accessories with which it came. If you do not return the goods in the same condition in which you received them or not within 14 days then we reserve the right to charge you for the goods.


§ 3 Warrantee

If the goods fail to correspond with their description, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose, we offer you a remedy according to the relevant legislation.


§ 9 Data protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
